I regularly buy tools, I used these guys at Sitebox for the first time and will use them again. Rare example of a company that you can speak to: I had a delay on delivery but they properly sorted it out and kept me fully informed. Nice change to AI driven bots treating us all like fools.

No understanding of the product that is being sold, it would stop all the returns if they did, Clark not much use either. So hear is some help, Hold your breath and I will try to make this understandable, The Clarke pc60 is a 4 pin 3 phase converter. With no Blue Neutral wire. My machine is a 5pin machine, My 5pin cable has a Blue neutral wire, On investigation my cross cutter has a Blue Neutral wired to it as well, so now this machine wont work?? Dam, Turns out my machine has a Blue Neutral wired all the way to the motor and is crimped off, Not connected, Lightbulb moment, Buy a 4pin plug wire it in place of the 5pin with the Neutral taped back out of the way to the extension lead that then plugs in to the Clarke pc60, Black wire on pole L2 the others can go either way, Motor direction?? Now buy 6mm armour cable a cut off switch turn type at 32amp and MBC 32amp and wire that in to the consumer unit, Put the Clarke pc60 2.5 wire in to the cut off switch and you are good to go. Bingo my cross cutter now sounds like a jet fighter when it runs up, It's a big machine with a 600mm blade on it. Delivery was quick, no problems. Edit, The machine i got was definitely a returned and re sent out as new, I could tell by the cable been clipped, If you return you will lose 10% plus cost of post, Be warned.
