I ordered a replacement battery pack for my Powercap dust and face protector. Sitebox were the cheapest for an authentic replacement. My order was dealt with quickly and delivery was quick. Very good.

I ordered a tool from sitebox my first time as I usually buy from another site? The tool arrived within two days very fast service! Unfortunately there was a fault due to a badly made screw fixing which meant I couldn’t assemble the tool I contacted the sitebox helpline and received fast professional help and advice I submitted fotos of the fault and was told that a new tool would be sent to replace the faulty one the sitebox team were excellent in there approach and remedy! I am still awaiting the replacement though? I thank sitebox and will definitely use them for my future purchases regards Roger goodman
