I ordered a replacement battery pack for my Powercap dust and face protector. Sitebox were the cheapest for an authentic replacement. My order was dealt with quickly and delivery was quick. Very good.

Proactive outstanding service
Product delivered as promised but not used yet due to the weather. However, a stand out issue for us was the sympathetic personal delivery arrangements. Mark (Mower Magic) actually adjusted his logistics to accommodate our special circumstances - a rare acknowledgment that individual customers matter and he was prepared to do the best he could. And guess what, the driver was also made aware so we felt cared for on a very difficult family day.

Had problem with trying to order off the Web site, phoned company told them of problem they took order over the phone and the thickness planer arrived very quickly have used it 3 time so far very pleased with it. Would recommend them to anyone.
