I ordered a replacement battery pack for my Powercap dust and face protector. Sitebox were the cheapest for an authentic replacement. My order was dealt with quickly and delivery was quick. Very good.

Very poor delivery timescale, I would have rather paid more and had them delivered within 48 hours. See below my confirmation of order. Getting the basics wrong
Ordered the drill sharpener with the expectation that will be delivered the next working day almost a week and now nothing. Between site box and DHL neither knows where my item is when it’s gonna be delivered but say I need to be in to refuse delivery otherwise it could cost me additional funds to return the goods. Will not be using site box again. I’ve paid site box for this item, my contractors with site box site boxes contractors with DHL. Therefore I should get my refund immediately and not wait for DHL to process this item.
