I ordered a replacement battery pack for my Powercap dust and face protector. Sitebox were the cheapest for an authentic replacement. My order was dealt with quickly and delivery was quick. Very good.

My experience was not good
My experience was not good. Dispatch and delivery far to slow for items allegedly in stock 10 days from point of order. Worst of all they forgot to send the work trainers I ordered but sent a wire brush which was only a make up purchase to qualify for free but very slow delivery.

Item supplied direct from a 3rd party, dispatch and delivery time was appalling, took 6 days to deliver rather than the next day advertised. I should comment that the delivery didn't even meet the 3rd parties 1-2 day delivery claim and that the courier changed the delivery date, pushing it back by a further day.
