I ordered a replacement battery pack for my Powercap dust and face protector. Sitebox were the cheapest for an authentic replacement. My order was dealt with quickly and delivery was quick. Very good.

Ordered because of fast delivery and reasonable price. Was going to use a cheaper supplier but next day delivery swung it because I was going away and the cheaper supplier had let me down before. Having ordered 7am on a Monday morning I was disappointed that it wasn’t dispatched until Tuesday, meaning a later than expected delivery and therefore I can’t use it until I return from hols

When I mist my dhl delivery at home I…empty
When I mist my dhl delivery at home I was unsure what to do. Then dhl told me via email that I was to contact the provider so I done so, The woman on the end of the phone was so ignorant and rude it was unbelievable. I tried explaining to her that I asked for a call 30 minutes before my delivery was due ( her reply was) that’s a request can’t help it if the driver hasn’t done it, so I then said I was having no joy with dhl it was all automated and wasn’t getting anywhere so I asked her to help me (her reply) well I’ll only be doing the same thing as what you just done, and in the same breath she said all the information is on the dhl card they left. I’m sorry for inconveniencing HER but it was dhl that told me to contact the provider I was only following instructions.
