I ordered a replacement battery pack for my Powercap dust and face protector. Sitebox were the cheapest for an authentic replacement. My order was dealt with quickly and delivery was quick. Very good.

I ordered a Hot Water cleaner at a price of around £600.00. On opening the undamaged box it revealed the top casing on the steam (jet) cleaner to be cracked. I called customer services and they informed me as the damage is on the equipment in an undamaged box then a complaint will have to be raised with the manufacturer. They will do this on my behalf but will not replace this until the manufacturer says so even for a 'Not fit for purpose' product. Let's hope this is a swift and pleasany replacement experience, I will update the review on the outcome.

Special instructions not followed
Goods received were packaged from manufacturer very well and the price from sitebox was competitive. I placed the order via the sitebox website at 15:30 and the storage units arrived by 9:30am the following day, however I had previously spoken to sitebox as I could not take delivery of the items until future date. I was advised to add my date preferences to the special instructions box which I did in capitals. This instruction was not followed and caused storage issues as I was having a floor laid meaning the items had to stay outside all day. Luckily it wasn’t raining.
