I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

We didn't realise quite how lucky we were with our professional, polite, extremely well-informed conveyancer, Aleks Zeglicki, at Simply Conveyancing until we were forced to work with our buyer's and sellers' solicitors' ineptitude and unprofessionalism. When we were unable to get hold of Aleks we received excellent service form his colleagues, particularly Leanne Thomas-Blair, when Aleks was on leave. An excellent service.
