I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very responsive and helpful
Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

I was way out of my comfort zone going online...I'm at my best with pen,paper and a 1st class stamp! I was totally supported throughout and recieved an excellent service..I felt in control and I had a person to speak to on the phone at any time, I would recomend simply conveyancing based on my experience

I was hesitant to use an online conveyancer as I am not brilliant with computer related stuff. I was really impressed with how easy it was to upload things. if I got stuck I could ring and talk to very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They steered me though the sale of my Mothers flat. We had a sale, the buyers dropped out, another buyer then Mother died & probate to deal with. It was all handled smoothly with consideration and care.

Kim Short acted for us when we sold our bungalow She was always helpful and efficient and produced all documentation in a timely manner. She was meticulous in chasing our buyers solicitors who did not respond readily to written or telephone enquiries, and it is thanks to Kim that we were able to progress to a successful exchange and completion in what is a currently a difficult market for house sales
