I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

The process was simple, easy to set up and at a fixed cost. The software portal had its moments and the associated property form very lengthy, but that was not the fault of the agents. Our side of the conveyancing process was completed in four days. Contrast that with a local solicitor who took EIGHT WEEKS to ask the first question, which had been answered with the relevant documentation uploaded on day two. The agent, Aleena was very polite, kept us up to date and responded often within a couple of hours. Unlike the other party's solicitor. In this day and age with most, if not all the relevant property checks etc. online and available, I can't understand why people use High Street solicitors operating from somewhere in the 1950's.
