I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Great service. Leigh Elliot (our solicitor) was excellent. He was responsive and organised, and proactively looked for solutions. The systems and organisation at the firm seem very good - good online portal which is very helpful in the early stages at making sure you get all your paperwork done. Also when Leigh was on holiday, somebody took over his workload and actively pursued it. All in all the best conveyancing firm I have dealt with.

This was my second experience of using property solicitors and it was so much more positive than the first! My solicitor Dawn Thomas was great - really friendly, efficient and helpful, she completed my property purchase in a timely manner and was diligent in the queries raised and answered along the way. The simply conveyancing portal was also fab - a really handy way to check progress, see outstanding tasks, upload documents and I received regular email and text notifications keeping me updated of how things were progressing (eg. when searches had come back in etc.). I couldn’t recommend highly enough and will certainly use again.

We have recently sold & purchased through Simply. Our sale has not been the most straightforward, having lost multiple buyers & then our actual buyer using an incompetent solicitor (not Simply) but Simply, and in particular Fiona & Hayley have made the process as smooth as they possibly could. They have been prompt with responses, explained everything so it made sense, incessant in their chasing of our buyers solicitors & generally made a stressful process go as easily as it could. We also loved having an app to keep an eye on everything! I’m not sure we’ll move anytime soon, but if we did we would not go anywhere else! Thank you so much!

Dealing with this company was a nightmare. We did have a complex source of funds for our house puchase, but it could have been so much easier it they gave clear and concise lists of requirements and undertook a holistic view instead of doing things piecemeal. We have telephones, why not pick one up and call if there is an issue which needs clarity?
