Think carefully before choosing Simply Conveyancing
Word of advice to anyone considering Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers – look elsewhere. And if your seller/buyer is using them, I would see if you can get them to change their mind. My seller was using them for the flat I now own. There were various issues we had to get sorted after the purchase had taken place. For a very simple process that had already been set in place before completion it took them three months to actually do anything about it. I am now selling my flat and have had to get in touch with them again about another issue that they seemingly had not sorted with Land Registry. It would appear – again – that they are just ignoring every form of communication, in spite of my conveyancer, estate agents and myself contacting them. I am worried now that my sale is going to fall through and all because of the ineptitude of an unrelated conveyancing company. I am sure the conveyancers are professional and just majorly overworked. But if you want anything done in a reasonable time I really would look elsewhere. If only to not put off any potential buyer/seller even after an offer has been accepted.
