I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

The team at Simply Conveyancing and Simply Lawyers were extremely professional and made both the house sale and house purchase relatively stress free. In particular our lawyer Suzzane was exceptional. As well as being very friendly and very knowledgeable she was persistent in steering both aspects of our move. She, like the rest of the team, was always available and up to date with the changing situation. I would highly recommend them.
Perhaps I am just the unlucky one but all these 5 star reviews do not reflect the quality of service offered to my family's transaction. This company (not a firm of solicitors) just made the whole process complicated and they caused unnecessary delays. A difficult company to deal with. Thank you for your response. I am probably more aware than most of the regulatory requirements and client confidentiality. My criticism is that you fail to respond to my solicitors enquiries and emails thus making the whole process very stressful. As an earlier review mentions - communication is key to a successful transaction.
Sale just fell through. Unsurprisingly, I haven't heard from them. I was convinced to go with Simply Conveyancing – who are more expensive than a solicitor in the most desirable neighbouring town – because I somehow thought they were specialists and would be more efficient. WHAT I GOT... Brief replies and vague advice on an important query that I had to chase. The buyer has told my estate agent they have pulled out for reasons related to the responses they had from my solicitor on this query. It has been several weeks since the query in question and I haven't had replies, or even acknowledgements, to my last two requests for news on the sale. And it's not just this main issue... I've had zero client/solicitor relationship. All along there has been little and brief communication, without any personal feeling. And I heard from a different Legal Support Admin for each piece of paperwork. So, for quite a while, I wasn't even been sure who is really responsible for my account . (I think my supposed solicitor was on leave when I initially instructed Simply Conveyancing.) Whatever the case, my solicitor doesn't seem to care one way or the other on something that is obviously extremely important to any seller – the sale of a major asset and source of stability like one's primary home. ... I called to speak to a manager/ partner/ owner (someone in charge). Unsurprisingly no one is available and they haven't gotten back to me.
