I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

I worked with Serena for my flat purchase and she did a great work all along the process : I was always updated every y time something new happened ( eg when she reached out to the other side solicitors , when she received new documents to be reviewed , once she had reviewed the documents etc ) so I was never in the blur and knew what was happening at anytime. She was also available for me to reach out to her on calls if I had any questions from start day to completion. I had a good experience working with her and would recommend.
