I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

This company was recommended to me by the estate agent and they were professional, courteous and very helpful from start to finish. Always there when you need them. Lisa, who I dealt with, kept in touch with me on a regular basis by text and emails of all the procedures in process. I would definitely recommend Simply Conveyancing to all my friends
I had a great experience buying and selling with Simply. They were recommended by my selling agent and had positive reviews to I decided to engage them for both the sale of my property and onward purchase. My assigned solicitor Kate Herbert was absolutely brilliant, we encountered some difficult situations during the conveyancing (through absolutely no fault of Kate's or Simply's) and she was invaluable in keeping the situation calm and on the rails. I'm not sure the sale would've gone through if I had had a different lawyer. Kate was also brilliant with communication and gave everything a genuine, human touch which made her overall service extremely good. I'd happily recommend their services to others looking to buy and sell.
Simply were recommended by my estate agent and I was a little apprehensive about using am 'on line' service, but I am well impressed with the service they gave. Paul was my nominated solicitor and always got back to me quickly if he wasn't able to answer the phone immediately and when he was on holiday, Victoria took over my case, so I wasn't left in the dark for a couple of weeks. I would not hesitate in recommending them
They dealt with the sale of our property and purchase of another for us and the process was made significantly more stressful than it ever needed to be thanks to their incompetence. We had 3 separate lawyers handling our case and were passed through each one with no prior warning. Each time the lawyer took time to get up to speed with our situation, delaying the process for much longer than needed when it was an unbelievably simple case. Thanks to them we were delayed with our property purchase, they were ridiculously slow on completion day so we didn't get keys until late in the day and overall their communication was abysmal. To top it off, they overcharged us (thousands of pounds) and then tried to charge us £58 for the privilege of refunding us OUR money, which they had due to THEIR MISTAKE in the first place. Luckily this has now been removed and we weren't charged this amount, but only after some fighting. Things started great with Simply Conveyancing but unfortunately it ended awfully and I will never be using them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone who is in need of a solicitor.
