I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Solicitor was away about 50% of the job. Couldn't get through to them, even when booking a time on the website. The other solicitors picking up our job when ours was away were too busy to support, and told us as such on the phone. We got there in the end but only just. Everything was slow and unhelpful. I used them previously and it was a good experience but this has massively gone downhill.
A really smooth and efficient service, our lawyer was fabulous, always answered the phone/emails, dealt with every question or query efficiently and was excellent at communicating at every step of the way, the online tracker was a great so we could see what was happening at every stage. I would highly recommend.
From initial engagement to completion of our house sale Catriona was fabulous in communication, updating and explaining to me when certain information was required from me. I have already recommended their services to a family member, who was very impressed with their charges.
I am gobsmacked at where these reviews are coming from!!! We are in the process of moving and our buyers are using this company. They are on their 3rd case handler. They have not responded to our solicitors DAILY emails/phone calls for over 2 weeks. We have an empty house ready to move into and have been waiting to move for weeks. This firm has held up our move by being unprofessional by lack of response to our conveyancing provider. They did not give clear instructions for signing documentation - the hard copies of mortgage deeds had not been signed and sent and this was picked up very late in the process. I would not want to move house ever again where this firm is involved. They have made the experience unnecessarily stressful for all parties involved. ***Edit - thank you for your response - if only you had been this efficient in responding to our solicitors. Perhaps you could use the same speed to progress the final stage of our buying process for your client. We have been in contact with our Solicitors who are fantastic and not part of Simply Conveyancing.
A calming presence in what can often be stressful situations. Always transparent and excellent communicators. Anne-Marie and Angie were amazing to have on our side throughout the process. They truly felt like the most competent people we dealt with.

Difficult time with the conveyancing interrupted by probate for four months. However Simply Conveyancing handled everything extremely well.
Excellent service from a firm of conveyancing solicitors I have never used before. All questions were answered in good time and I was kept informed of progress during the sale of my step father's property.
Mistakes made in the completion process by the company meant we were homeless for 2 nights. First Lawyer left the company 1/2 way through the process which made things more complicated. We have another property we are due to sell, we will NOT use Simply Conveyancing and would not recommend them to anyone.
