I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Simply Conveyancing have not only provided an excellent service but even with my complicated case they were very professional and always available to provide updates, i have never come across a firm that have been so professional, i definitely recommend their services and the Solicitor that i was assigned Ryan Hart.
Very poor communication, slow work, take on more cases than they can manage. If you are buying a home DO NOT USE THEM! 2 Months after my completion date and they've still not completed some of the paperwork, no one replies to your emails once they've received their money. Also they aren't even based in London, they're based in Daventry and have no idea what searches to even ask for in London so request everything which takes longer to process your sale.
Jack Sharples made the whole experience bearable considering all the hiccups we experienced along the way. He was always at the end of the phone with such a positive attitude to everything that went wrong. He was amazing
Instead of providing timely service, they extended the process by around 8-9 months by ignoring my emails for months. I hope you read these reviews and avoid working with them. I would not recommend them to anyone, whether you're buying or selling. Additionally: - The agreed amount with the contractor was written incorrectly, - When I asked for more information about the documents, they responded rudely by saying, "ask about what you don't understand.." - They haven't responded to any of my emails for about 1.5-2 months.
