I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Kerry had always been able to reassure and told it how it is. Thank you so much Kerry and your team in having looked after myself and Peter throughout this process.

Very poor experience.
A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.
It was simple to order the survey which was carried out quickly and the report was very thorough. It was good to receive a call from the surveyor who discussed and explained the report.
Professional and reasonably priced, friendly service when talking face to face. The portal/ document system can be confusing in terms of communicating tasks to do's etc.
Simply Conveyancing were recommended to me by Dexters to act on my behalf whilst selling my house. It is not a complex sale (no chain). I accepted an offer in June 2024. It is now mid-November. Simply Conveyancing missed the exchange date (did not call or email to warn me they would miss it), and then missed the completion date (again no call or email). Communication has been very poor throughout. I still have no idea when my house exchange will now take place. Phone calls always go to answer machine and less than 50% of my messages have been returned. Emails get a similarly poor response. I have had to escalate through Dexters twice to get a call back - and even Dexters could not get a response this week. This week I emailed and phoned (three times). The only response I had was at 1700 on Friday which was an automated message telling me my solicitor would now be on leave for a fortnight. It is an unimpressive service and I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere if seeking a reliable and efficient solicitor.
