I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very responsive and helpful
Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

The Legal were extremely good, however do watch the on costs, and ensure you budget accordingly, as they are very good at adding additional costs which needless to say are never included in the legal costs.

Having dealt with an online conveyancing company with a previous move, and not had a very good experience, I was a little anxious about using another online conveyancing company. I was reassured by our estate agent and from the first phone contact and quotation, to the completion of the sale of my mother's house, I cannot fault them. The ID checks and all the online tasks were straightforward. The portal was clear and easy to use. Uploading documents could not have been easier. Email correspondence with our solicitor and the administrative team were timely and we were updated if there were any delays. I would happily recommend Simply Conveyancing.
