Thankyou so much to Sell My Home for…

Thankyou so much to Sell My Home for selling my house in Coalville Leicestershire. The whole process was so easy and straight forward. A very big thankyou to Scott Cave for working with me directly. You have dealt with every aspect of the sale and absolutely nothing was ever an issue. He always had time for me and helped me with even the smallest of details straight away. Want to sell your home? Get Wes Collins on board

I never had much faith in estate agents.... then I met Wes Collins and he changed all that. From the moment I contacted him about a property he was selling, right through to him selling our own home, his expertise, support and dedication was superb. There was no overselling or ego boosting, just well researched information and years of experience. Wes genuinely cares about the homes he sells and their owners. He was always there at the end of the phone with advice or just a bit of moral support no matter what time of day or night. Wes works on his own, so he knows your home and he is the one to pass this on to potential buyers and I believe that made our sale so easy. You get a personal service at a fantastic price. Our survey came back with a few issues and Wes was right there with us, guiding and even recommending tradesmen, which we have used and now recommed to others. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We are now in a fabulous home which was undoubtedly down to Wes. A superstar in our eyes.

The only estate agents I would recommend.

After several bad experiences with estate agents in the past, both buying and selling properties, Wes and Sell My Home made the purchase of a property much easier than I thought possible. My previous experience has always been that estate agents tell you what you want to hear or are even outright dishonest (to the point of telling us that the conveyancers were wrong and they were right), as all they care about is getting the sale to go through and doing as little as possible. Wes, on the other hand, was very communicative, very helpful, and completely upfront about everything. His knowledge and expertise, as well as his close communication with other parties such as the seller’s solicitor and my own, helped ensure a quick and easy purchase, and resolutions to a couple of issues picked up in the survey. After moving in, Wes has still remained very helpful in providing numbers for recommended tradesmen and professionals, communication with the seller when information was needed etc. Wes is not only a true professional but a genuinely nice guy who is clearly passionate about his job and ensuring his clients are happy.

Not a good experience at the time, but management went out of way to try to put things right.

My experience of selling my property with the company was not good due to having a poor account manager and basically paying out for zero service. This person has since "left" the company and the director of operations has made a real effort to discuss the issues and to find a good solution to the problems. I think the company believe in their brand and are keen to ensure that customers are treated well and issues resolved.

I would really recommend Sell My Home

I would really recommend Sell My Home - we had lots of high quality viewings and Laura and all the team we dealt with were brilliant and on hand to help us through viewings, negotiations, fast-tracking our exchange, right through to completion. I would have no hesitation in using them again and encouraging others to do so!

Seamless for first time buyer.

Seamless for first time buyer. From the virtual walkthrough on the website (which feels like you are actually in the flat!) to the service from the estate agents and account handlers it was seamless and friendly. As a first time buyer it can all seem very overwhelming but they were very patient and put me at ease. Anna, my account handler, was absolutely amazing. I wish everyone I had encountered through the whole buying process was as approachable, understanding and clear. RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Overall I was very impressed with sell…

Overall I was very impressed with sell my home. Pictures were taken very promptly and professionally and the ad was up the next working day. Viewings came through straight away and were set up at my convenience, and the customer service from sell my home was excellent throughout. All of the staff I spoke to were extremely knowledgeable and helpful at all times and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to sell their home.

Great low cost service.

Great low cost service. I used sellmyhome after being caught up in the emoove demise and was surprised at how professional and quick their service was. I was lucky enough to make use of the half price offer which made it exceptional value. The agents were in regular contact, very polite and efficient at getting back to me and progressing the sale. I had four offers in my first 2 days of viewing. The photography was excellent. I would definately use sellmyhome again.

Fantastic all round business, team, service and price!

We would like to thank Anna, our account manager, for her service and support during our recent sale. She did a fantastic job, which resulted in, over 10 offers and us achieving £15k over our asking price and completion in just 6 weeks! We listed our property just before Christmas and had accepted an offer, thanks to the online booking/viewing system which allowed us to schedule viewings at a convenient time for us, all before the high street estate agents had even returned from their Christmas/new year annual leave. Anna liaised with our buyer, who also had nothing but praise, to ensure the process kept moving and we met our target move date. She was easily contactable via phone, text and email throughout and when she was out of office we were able to speak to someone who picked up her work in her absence, which was very refreshing. We have nothing but praise for the sell my home team, their product and pricing. We have already recommended Sell My Home to half a dozen friends and will never consider using a high street agent again!

Would highly recommend.

After doing much on line research, we decided to use SellMyHome to help sell my parents house, following poor service from high street agencies who's answer to everything seemed to be 'drop the price'. SellMyHome never once suggested this, in fact quite the opposite. Their photo's of the house, and follow up to viewings was outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending their services and will definitely be looking to use them when we sell our own house. Very happy!.
