Horrible, cheap item in disgusting condition sent to me. I was then emailed a photograph of the horrible item with someone’s make up on and informed that they will not refunding and returning the shoddy item to me. This is their business model. Do not buy!

Awful service. Ordered an item online fairly quick delivery. Needed to return item as not suitable. Returned by courier but never received a refund. Contacted customer service on numerous occasions not once did they reply!

Not relying to my messages! Lost parcel

Awful. Placed an order over two weeks ago, item was sent via evri (the worst courier ever!) and the item still says out for delivery over a week ago, from past experience this means it’s lost/stolen. Contacted select by their email service three times and no response, their contact number is always “user busy”. Wrote to them on Facebook and instagram with no response either. Lost my money and won’t even respond to ny messages! Avoid.

Horrible Store Assistants

The only reason i went into this Select store in Bristol is because i had a credit note worth £25 and decided to use some of it as it’s only valid for 6 months. The Store Assistant had an attitude. I asked if I could try something on and i was told the changing rooms were closed, I was told at 4.40pm that the shop was going to close soon. This shop has appalling customer service, the store assistant was not at at all friendly or helpful.

Very disappointed with this brand. I got a few items from their branch in Southampton and they were surprisingly good quality so I thought “hm let’s make an online order to see what else they have?”. when I received the order they had sent HALF the order wrong and when I tried multiple times to reach out to customer service no one ever replied to me. I have now browsed on their website to see how I could return this and it turns out you not only pay for the postage to return but the shipping will also be deducted from your refund!!!! the website you will only be able to post for free if they indeed confirm it was a mistaken order but of course they never got back to me!!!!

Not the best

Item took a really long time to come into store using click and collect! No email updates throughout or any indication of when the item would be in store which meant that I had to purchase another item to ensure my daughter had a decent outfit for a funeral. Then the item was worn once and had not been finished off properly, the seam up the arm came undone!

Do not buy anything from here if you’re not 100% sure you want to keep it. Apparently they do not offer refunds on items that you try to return. Customer service response via email was appalling, I explained to the staff in store I was planning to bring items back that I did not have time to try on because I was on my lunch break, no mention I could not get my money back, just shocking that a company operates in this day and age

Refusal to refund missing items

Awful service - I've been trying to get a response from Customer Services for a week now regarding a return that the courier has damaged. Rather than try to help they're now just ignoring me, forcing me to try and claim back off the courier ... the items were delivered back to the warehouse but the warehouse was closed. If the warehouse had been open they would have processed my return, but instead the goods were damaged by the courier. I haven't got them, Select Fashion have proof that I haven't got them yet are refusing to help and therefore I've paid for goods that I no longer have. Absolutely terrible company, 48hr response time? Only if it doesn't cost them money it seems.

VERY RUDE STAFF

I went to Select Fashion store today at Leigh near the Leigh bus station. The sales advisor (teenager) wearing a white hoodie who took my payment was very rude to me. She told me that the cardigan is too small, ugly and would not fit me. I bought a medium cardigan instead of a small already as my mum told me that most of their items shrinks. Im UK small and that sales advisor told me i would not fit in a size medium cardigan.

Awful management

Visited the Sunderland store a few times and noticed what I think is the manager speak to her staff very very rudely. Totally unacceptable it made me very uncomfortable being in the store and could see the staff members face she looked rather embarrassed and awckward even though I have been served by her multiple times and is always polite and very helpful, wonderful addition to staff but feel the manager really effects the mood in the shop and doesn’t treat staff fair at all. I did chat with the young staff member about this and all she could do was apologise, I want to log a complaint with higher management about this

I didn't recieve my recent order due to the fact that Evri the delivery person lost my item, they delivered my item parcel to another person the wrong door number and address. As to date I haven't retrieved my Parcel. So basically the Parcel has been s stolen and lost.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!

The item I received was the wrong colour. On the website it stated it was stone on the label of the garment stated mink. Gaby from Select Fashion said they would pay for return P&P. I emailed receipt of P&P. I am still waiting for the cheque to be sent after about ten emails! You have now blocked my account and cannot reply to emails. Why lie and say you are going to pay as it is clear you have no intention of refunding.! Cannot believe a company can operate like this!! Shocking and very very dishonest to treat your customers like this!!!!!!

AVOID, would have left zero stars if possible

We purchased a dress for my niece on 01/08/24 from Select, Romford, Liberty Mall branch. When we got home we noticed a small hole in the dress. We took it back to get a refund as it was a manufacturing defect, we were told to contact the customer service online. So we did, 2 days later we get an email back from Tracy G. stating that we go back to the store for the defect to be inspected despite me already informing that we have already been to the store. So we did today, only to be told they don’t do refunds again. The hassle isn’t worth it for us but I imagine that this company is probably making thousands by not respecting the statutory rights of several customers. Poor quality clothes and poor customer service. AVOID.

Still not received order after almost 2 weeks !

The ordering process was good and at first the communication was fine with an update of when the goods had been dispatched to the nominated store. However -this was 9 days ago and still have not received the clothes I ordered. I have also had to contact the store several times for an update! Not very good at all when most online orders are either next day delivery or a few days max!
