Very easy and efficient service
Easy to obtain quote and book a pick up time. Chap that cam to collect called me 1 hour before he was due to arrive, and arrived on time. Very nice man, gave me the relevant paper work and hooked up car and left. A very good experience, even if I was sad to see the car go !!
Excellent Service from start to finish
Excellent Service from start to finish. Received quote on line & accepted. Booked collection, recovery firm collected car from my home. They were. Very friendly & efficient, advising me to complete log book to provide to DVLA. 3 hours later the money was in my bank. Very easy & stress free.

I sold my car through global ardour recycling limited and found it a very easy and reassuring process being my first car too. Dan Pilkington kindly helped me and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Pick up was fast and well organised too with my payment being received within less than a day. I had one of the worst customer service…
I had one of the worst customer service experiences with this company. I was left waiting for over 5 hours, with zero communication or updates. That kind of disregard for someone’s time is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Not only was the delay excessive, but there was no apology, explanation, or effort made to make things right. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be using their services again — and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values their time or expects even basic courtesy. Do you think people’s time is worthless? Because that’s exactly how you made me feel. Sitting around for hours, rearranging my entire day, only to be met with total silence. No apology. No urgency. Nothing

Disposal of late husbands estate
Contacted them after I had to dispose of my late husbands 2 cars, it was a very easy process to do, collected as promised by a very nice and helpful driver. The money for the cars was in my bank within 12 hours. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Quick and easy to find Scrap Car Network online and to book my Saturday morning collection. Great communication! They arrived early on my chosen morning leaving me with the rest of the day which was brilliant. So friendly, took less than 5 minutes for the hand over and money in my bank account on the Monday. Can’t recommend them enough!!
