I had one of the worst customer service experiences with this company. I was left waiting for over 5 hours, with zero communication or updates. That kind of disregard for someone’s time is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Not only was the delay excessive, but there was no apology, explanation, or effort made to make things right. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be using their services again — and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values their time or expects even basic courtesy. Do you think people’s time is worthless? Because that’s exactly how you made me feel. Sitting around for hours, rearranging my entire day, only to be met with total silence. No apology. No urgency.
