Communication was very good at every stage (Email/Text/Phone) and I was paid on the day of collection as promised - I will admit I had my fingers crossed having never used/heard of them before but comforted by the large number of very positive Trustpilot reviews.
Would definitely use again (hopefully won't need to) and recommend.
I was very suspicious that they were going to reduce the price offered to me when the chap arrived but they didn't. Whole process was very clear and I am happy to recommend them
Sevice was good, however upon accepting the offer I had multiple emails saying the same thing to say it’s been accepted etc etc and to accept agreement which was a bit confusing as I was not sure if my original email when prompted was accepted.
That worried me to think it was a fake offer who may take the vehicle and not settle the balance.
That was a shame that the thought got planted.
With respects to the offer, when I spoke to operative over the phone I did highlight that the vehicle body work had dents to the rear and documented all the faults that I knew. The day before, I was prompted to send a video of the van, which I did. The morning of collection, an operative rang to say that I did not report the dent when they made the offer of van. I explained this to the guy on the phone that this was untrue. I highlighted all defects. That said I believe the call handler did not in put. All in all you guys countered offer by reduction of around £150.00 which walls not grate, but I kinda new this might happen.
It’s a shame that we I.e you and I can not have a gentleman hand shake from the off.
That said, with a few tweaks at your end , I would recommend your company to clients.

I was a little worried about selling my car this way. Especially as it was such high value even though the engine had/ was about to seize.
All the team I spoke with were great. Remembering that this is a business and the deal had to work for everyone the guys were very good at negotiating and always very professional. The points they made were fair but I had to hold a bottom line. We managed to make a deal that I think will work well all around.
Hopefully I wont need these guys again but if I am unfortunate to be back in the same position, this is who I will call.

So, so pushy. Offered a good price, but refused to put any answers into writing about if I would get paid when vehicle was collected and inspected at the time.
Received repetitive calls to get the deal done, but very wishy washy contract and no written responses to simple questions such as collection point and and agreed price at the time.
From them, I got the worst quote in the market. They said, 'We compared 130 companies to get the best price for you.' I received a quote for £162, which is a despicable offer. If you manually check on the first Google search page, I found at least two companies offering over £250. What does it mean? It means that they only provide you with bad offers from companies that pay them the best commissions. I strongly recommend avoiding these types of sites because their work ethic is not to find the best price for you but to rip you off with the worst quote.
