You won't earn anything and you'll have to pay extra to charge the car battery and have dates for parking. Be careful with this company.
This company is a scam , stay clear , they are a glorified rental company, they wil make you work with literally nil payment, all money goes to van hire , they say they will give you 6 days pay , it’s a lie , you wil be standby constantly amd only earn enough to pay there vans , stay clear
Just had a lovely courier firstly they cut across the lane right in front of me which I beeped my horn incase they hadn't saw me before slamming on my breaks , we all do it so not why I'm bothering to right this. However, they then felt the need to cut back across the lane, pull up along side of me and spit on my car! Not the sort of person you would want turning up with a delivery for you! And then as they pall away I saw on their vehicle it stated "SBL couriers" , thought the company might want to know what their staff are acting like while having their company logo on shows. If the company want to raise this with the employee I have the reg number and time , so I'm sure they can figure out who it was.

ENG: Absolutely disgraceful company. The way that they treat people is absolutely abhorrent and I warn anyone thinking of joining them either as a driver or in a management position to steer well clear. POR: Empresa absolutamente vergonhosa. A maneira como eles tratam as pessoas é absolutamente abominável e eu alerto qualquer um que esteja pensando em se juntar a eles, seja como motorista ou em uma posição de gerência, para ficar bem longe.

I have been working here for 6 months and have heard bad things about them, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. They charge you what they call Admin fees, which is £30. And they charge you this without an explanation. If you are a hard worker and want to work for 7 days, they will let you, but just know that the more you work, the more Admin fees. Very often, I was charged over £300-£200 weekly in Admin fees. On paper, you should get paid around £1000 if you work 7 days. out of the 8 weeks, I worked 7 days, the highest I got paid was £680. After the Admin fee issue, there is the Deposit. They take £100 for the first five weeks. If you want to leave, I have been told you will never see the £500 because they make it stuff and overprice the fixes to make sure they never have to pay the £500. I didn't believe it. Last week I returned the van, and I thought, after seeing how the van looked and what the inspection lady said, that there is hope that I can get some of the deposit back at least. i got the document few days back, and it turns out that I owe them more than £100. They charged me for the worn tires that surprised me, a dent on the driver's door (which I assume happened because someone hit their door with it, the dent was so small you can't see it, you can only feel it with your fingers), and they charged me £182 for it. Long story short, they know that the people who work these kinds of jobs are hardworking people who don't have the time and the money to take legal action so they abuse the power as much as they can. Go find somewhere else to work for your peace of mind, and if you don't have any other choice, be ready not to see the deposit and 2-week payment. GOOD LUCK

I had an amazing experience working with SBL in DHA2. The manager Diana was very helpful and guided me throughout my work. The Recruitment process with Diyar was smooth, he was in contact throughout the process and made it very easy! Special Mention to him!

It's more a van rental company than an actual courier company. I worked for SBL for a little over a year at DHA2 depot and it just gets worse every week. They just keep moving drivers over from other depots to make them work enough to pay van rental and not leave the job. They provide you 4-5 days work (in a good week, usually less) and you end up getting £400-£500 a week. And try to complain about it, they will give you the worst routes everyday, ,management is terrible. The old manager left and they put a 25 yr old woman in charge, she's childish, don't respond to messages and only do in favour to the guys from her own country. The other guys gets no support, worst and bigger routes. It's no use to complain to higher management, as they couldn't care less for drivers. If you do complain then you're in big trouble. The owner do not care about the drivers, who are responsible for this company to exist today! You will not be provided enough work, useless management, no matter if you work hard you'll get no enough job. Damage to vans will get you ripped off. Not worth your time! All good reviews are fake, as drivers were asked to leave good reviews by managers.

This company is absolutely useless. I ordered a £150 item from Amazon and the guy took it out of his van, propped it up against my door and took a few photographs and drove away without even bothering to knock on the door or ring on the bell to inform anyone. The only reason we realised there was an item outside was because our postman knocked on the door to, tell us. I tried to phone this company up and they give you various buttons to press to talk to certain departments and all of them so not work or the staff will not pick up your telephone call. If my item was stolen then it would’ve been a big problem for myself. The drivers they employ are obviously too thick to realise they have to press the bell or knock on the door so they will probably have to train them specifically to do that.

The worst company to work for. They advertised for drivers - even knowing that they had lost the contract (as I now know) and the drivers would be out of work within a month, with only 2 days notice. The drivers and site managers are hard working but the main company is a total joke. zero correspondence from anyone. These companies should not be allowed to exist and I hope Amazon cancel all their contracts elsewhere.
