This company is a scam

This company is a scam , stay clear , they are a glorified rental company, they wil make you work with literally nil payment, all money goes to van hire , they say they will give you 6 days pay , it’s a lie , you wil be standby constantly amd only earn enough to pay there vans , stay clear

Disgusting staff members

Just had a lovely courier firstly they cut across the lane right in front of me which I beeped my horn incase they hadn't saw me before slamming on my breaks , we all do it so not why I'm bothering to right this. However, they then felt the need to cut back across the lane, pull up along side of me and spit on my car! Not the sort of person you would want turning up with a delivery for you! And then as they pall away I saw on their vehicle it stated "SBL couriers" , thought the company might want to know what their staff are acting like while having their company logo on shows. If the company want to raise this with the employee I have the reg number and time , so I'm sure they can figure out who it was.

worked for this company in weybridge…

worked for this company in weybridge for a week! hired a van off them and all week iv had nothing but problems with the system, waiting around for parcels which can take up to 2 hours. so anyway i was put in a tight narrow roaded rural area and scratched the van accidently. i had to report it back. i was them told that my 1st pay will all be taken off me for the hire van for the week and the cost of damages which will leave me with no money to pay bills at all. so they are bascially taking my hard earned cash off me this company didnt tell me this before at the start! they made me work few more shift to cover the cost of damages before i leave so i quit straight away wasent going to work anymore for nothing!! my advice is DO NOT HIRE THE VAN!! also you have to tap in your own money for fuel but claim it back on expenses (well i hope!!!!)

An awful company that scam you and…

An awful company that scam you and don't pay wages on time and continually short change you. Hidden charges. That they don't tell you from the start. I really wish I'd seen these reviews first.They make up false allegations regarding damage when returning a hired Van so you never get your last wage payment. I was warned by the depot manager in Southampton SBL this would happen. Jodelle Pereira Da Silva. is the CEO. Please Drivers Put your reviews on Trust Pilot with the other victims of unfair Financial theft. This is Not how business is conducted. Please contact me so we can all fight for our rights regarding compensation and what is rightfully ours.

Do not join this company!

If you see good reviews they are mostly from their own employees in the head office. This company will scam you for your money. Do not hire a van from them as they will charge you for damages you didn’t do. They promise 5-6 working days but then cut your Amazon routes on the day so you are working 3-4 days. The pay is very bad as your getting £157 then they take over £30 for van per day (mon-sun) and also fuel you have to pay which works out to be £30-40 per day depending where you are going. The management is very bad and I recommend no one to work with this company! Believe my words they will scam you for everything even if you get a parking ticket they will add their own admin fee of £30 and you have to pay the ticket on top so that shows how bad this company runs. It’s not worth it and the amount of parcels/stops you do at the end of the day you are just really tired. DO NOT JOIN!

Honestly so unprofessional and prolific…

Honestly so unprofessional and prolific liars. Would highly recommend to avoid at all costs and wish i had seen all of these reviews beforehand. Leaving the job seems like so much stress. I was told ONE weeks wait for my pay.. a week had gone by it then turnt to “legally they can with hold it to 28 days?” It doesnt take 28 days to see whether a van can function. They are complete thieves its disgusting. You call & email & get ignored but when its the other way round they want you to pick up your phone and answer their messages. ANYWAY AVOID at all costs! Sell you dreams i hope this company crumbles to the ground!

One of there driver blocked my drive all night I’m a dad of 2 and had to struggle to get my kids in the rain because of your driver they was also acting very suspiciousness registration DP69VOU 👎🏼

I worked for the company for a few…

I worked for the company for a few months, I must admit this the worst company I have ever worked in my entire carrier in the UK. Poor management, poor communication, delayed pay with no prior reason to you as a driver... Due to COVID-19 I was out of work, needed a job, got the job and then 3 weeks delay and a charge of £500 deposit for Van rental which was NOT clearly communicated during the whole application. For your own well-being and better state of mind STAY AWAY, I’ll rather be broke than go through the hassle with a company that gives zero **** about you but only after their interest. Absolute NO NO

Avoid this company!!

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE / SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY ONE OF THEIR DRIVERS hit my parked car in front of 2 witnesses, when they flagged him down to show him what he done and to get his details he laughed and drove of ..should have called the police for leaving the scene of an accident..the companies head of fleet is refusing to give driver details to us so we can recover the costs for the damage to my car, and funny enough a day or 2 later the driver they originally said that didn't work for them had actually left the company
