Batería, aún en garantía, averiada desde el 25 de mayo. No responden a los correos ni a mi ni a la empresa que me hace el mantenimiento. Tengo que coger energía de la red eléctrica desde las cinco de la tarde con el consiguiente gasto que eso supone. Estoy a punto de presentar una denuncia y pedir daños y perjuicios. Es una auténtica vergüenza.

Empresa instaladora acualuz. Bateria litio con dos años. Averiada hace un mes y no paran de tomarme el pelo, pero no remedian el problema. Habra que poner denuncias a ver si de ese modo atienden a los clientes que hemos comprado sus productos.
Als installateur en als klant wordt je niet verder geholpen door de klantenservice een schande als eindgebruiker zou ik U sterk afraden om een SAJ omvormer of thuisbatterij aan te kopen. Ze hebben geen goede tech dienst andere merken zoals Solar Edge Sungrow hebben een goede service na verkoop wat heel belangrijk is de personen die SAJ België moeten vertegenwoordigen daar kun je helemaal niet op rekenen

Larry, the engineer who visited us, was polite, skilful and knowledgeable.We are very pleased with the work which he has done on our system.
As an installer, I’ve worked with quite a few brands, and SAJ stands out. Their all-in-one units save loads of time on-site, and commissioning is straightforward. My only feedback would be slightly clearer wiring diagrams, but overall – excellent kit.

Solar System, don`t believe the hype. Very helpful at first, aftercare is a different story, 18 panels & 4 batteries, Not working correctly from early on, 9 months later Time Of Use mode has issues, AI mode I am told not to use, as it doesn`t work, if it gets to zero degrees or below the system is virtually redundant as the batteries wont charge or discharge. Requested it was removed as not fit for purpose according to Consumer Rights, Jel Ren tell me its working as per manufacturers data sheets, told to take it up with HIES. I am going to escalate this further. If any prospective buyers want more info of my experience feel free to contact me. I wish I could turn the clock back and not order it.
I tried to contact SAJ for solving problems including a simple firmware update. They just never respond. Never. The date below? That was the 5th time of so.
Instalación fotovoltaica de Diciembre del 2022. 3 baterias de SAJ Electric que dejaron de funcionar hace 1 semana . SAJ Electric no contesta a mis correos estando estas baterias en garantía como es lógico. Dejo a vuestra decisión si creéis que podéis confiar en sus productos .
