Ordered materials for a job and sent money then messaged me back the next day saying sorry hadn’t got the materials

We had trouble sourcing our roof tiles thus store were really helpful and even managed to supply enough for our project. They arrived on time and were delivered on the spot where we needed them. Price was good too. Great service.

Edit after your reply: yes I was not nice after the driver was not nice to me eather and don't want to listen to me if is that how you sorting your customers blaming them for your mistakes than good luck and I give one star because of your attitude to me and all stress I have to be gone through on my work time, and also order was delivered to correct address because I have to ask driver and given him correct address when he phone me but first refused to listen to me and keep telling me that he going to drop this on my card details address, in fact I wasn't sreeming on meber of staff I was just stress with all this situation, I suffer from anxiety and all that situation make me feel very bad and overstressed. Very disappointed. Very bad experience, I had ordered online and they send my order to my card details address instead of delivery address provided. When I try to explain to the delivery driver he wasn't nice and he don't want to listen to me after I said I need to call company and ask what happening and why is that, he finally agreed to bring my order for right adress. I've been in touch with company and I've been told that's system fold, they said they will be in touch with me but no one ever call me back.

Took my money, but no stock. So Reordered different more expensive stock. And on two separate scheduled days in November 2021 the stock never arrived on site. I had to waste two days for nothing. I’m still waiting for a refund and may have to get my bank involved. They seem completely unorganised and made several promises that they simply couldn’t keep. Very unprofessional. and still waiting for refund.

Very fast and efficient service. I need the items here urgently and they ensured they got to me within the given time frame, would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

The delivery lorry was way too big and the tiles had to be dropped off down the road . Also there quite a few broken tiles

Reason why I went with you guys was because it said delivery within three days now you’re telling me eight weeks

I placed and paid for this order. I was then told that the roofing tiles were unavailable and the order was cancelled. What more can be said.

Guttering items despatched quickly and well packaged. Would definitely use again.

I rang to check stock level and was told only one available. Immediately ordered on line approximately 9.30am, item delivered by Fedex 2 days later.

We ended up paying an additional £25 because our order value was under £50!! Plus postage, so beware. This was not made very clear when placing the order. Never known this practise carried out by any other on-line seller. Very disappointed. Can't comment on the product as we haven't received it yet.
