Excepionally quick delivery

About the installation information in clause 2 on the website --- surely the 1 cm in 3.5cm is wrong. the typing error should be corrected.

Needed a few roof tiles and this was the only company I could find that would post at reasonable price,others charged for pallet which was ridiculous . I'm considering renewing the roof on the old part of our property and this company will be my 1st choice as they are 1st class and would highly recommend thanks 😊

Absolutely top marks for processing and delivering the chimney cowls - they have yet to be fitted but the efficiency of he response so far bodes well.

The items I ordered were apparently damaged so unable to supply until April 2022, only plus side was refunded quickly. Reading some other reviews others have had the same issue

I put my order in for roof tiles this was confirmed two days later I was sent an email saying that all there entire stock of tiles had been destroyed while sitting in there yard I asked for a photo to see iff any could be salvaged no reply due to the storm I have been working seven days a week to fix roofs I have to work at nights to get my orders plus estimates and bills done I still manage to get back to people ,due to this delay more damage will occur in the property that the tiles were for due to rain not a great service my gut feeling is that they didn't have the stock and came up with a cover story hence no reply

Can't fault product and service, excellent

I ordered and paid for some Russell Dry Verge units. 2 days later my money was refunded because "they were not in stock". A week later they are still on the website as "In Stock"........... Maybe my order was too small for Roof Stores. What a shame. One way or another there appears to be some dishonesty in their system.

You took my order and then half an hour later came back with some unbelievable nonsense about ALL of your stock of Russell Dry Verge Tiles being damaged and so you could not give me what I had ordered.

Unfortunately, the tiles that I ordered were out of stock. However, I did receive a full refund without delay. I look forward to the new year so that I can reorder as soon as the tiles are available again.

Ordered roof tiles and battens, order went through ok, then got a email the next day saying they had already allocated the sock and they had no battens and wouldn't have till April 2022.

I gave Roof stores 4* because we actually didn’t get our order! Let me explain - I ordered roof tiles to replace lost tiles during storm Arwen. This company was one of the few that actually stocked the type & colour we needed. The web site was easy to use. The tiles were very reasonably priced so we placed the order & paid for tiles plus delivery. However the next day we received an email from Roof Stores with apologies to say the stock we had ordered had been damaged but our money was instantly refunded. Thus four star for quick response to the problem.
