I booked in March and today 4 days prior to pickup they called to Strongarm me to now pay almost 1,300 ! I’m writing this so you do not fall victim to this scam ripoff company! I used this review site to decide to go with Road Runner. Big mistake. After being assured my SUV would be picked up, I’ve received no response or update for the two days past my scheduled pick up. Called several times but received no information. Finally I cancelled and now have to drive 1200 miles. DON'T USE THEM.
