Ripple Energy is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.

I hummed about this one before eventually not investing. I could easily have got done but usually for a lot of the projects I wasn't quick enough in deciding. That is probably why because it felt like a pressure sell....invest now or miss out. Disgusted really from the comments what has happened.
Just read thrives renewable said that there sorry to hear ripple gone under that no payment has been made to them either from Ripple or the coop. There looking forward to dealing with one or the other but at moment there continues with build on there own. Why hasn't ripple sorted a deal
Could not make my final payment. Just checked their reviews and have found out they have gone bust. Thanks for telling us no doubt I would have lost my investment. The Directors would be well cared for got scam written all over it. Have had no return on my investment.

Have only invested in Kirk Farm in the last months so have no real experience of wind farm 'ownership' and how it will help with our bills and the long term move to renewable energy. However the process and explanations of investing have been first class and we are happy with our engagement to date. Everything to help us as all move towards a renewable, fossil fuel free future has to be supported and Ripple are certainly at the forefront of this.

So far my experience with Ripple Energy has been very good. The pre-registration for shares in the new wind farm all worked smoothly and as described. I gave 4/5 simply because we are at the start of a process that will take a year or so until we start to see a return on our investment. I have no reason at the moment to think it will be anything less than successful but I will reserve final judgement until then.

Great concept taking renewables forward. Very helpful and responsive staff who could either answer my questions or made an effort to resolve problems/queries.

They did it first. A few local communities have banded together over the years to build local renewable energy projects. But Ripple is the first to enable this for those of us who can't generate our own renewable energy. In a world where it's easy to be overwhelmed by the problems facing us, Ripple means I can be greater agent for positive change. Through Ripple I'm now taking more steps to combat climate change and protect the UK from Mr Putin and other dodgy fossil fuel providers. That's worth much more to me than the monthly rebate on my energy bill (which is also nice). Ripple's investor/member communications have been good and are getting better. I always know what's happening with "my" wind turbine thanks to the Ripple dashboard and news feed. I have a much improved knowledge of what it takes to keep a wind turbine running and am very glad Ripple is doing it for me. If you haven't already, join us and prove how powerful banding together with many others can be.
