Technician was very professional and helpful

The booking process was the most difficult as it wouldn’t accept my serial number online so had to call up and book. They couldn’t recognise it either so just used a “generic” serial number which didn’t seem right to me. The tech who attended was very friendly, polite and informative. He spent time checking all the possible issues and noticed that I needed a replacement item and ordered this for me without me having to ask. Very happy with the tech service, not so much the booking process.

Very competent and very professional. Came with the spares BEFORE looking at the combi oven. The engineer had a guess that it was probably the issue. Result no time wasted for the engineer, for the company and for the customer. Excellent. Well done.

Fridge Freezer Repair We were advised of the options…

We were advised of the options available for either repair or an insurance policy. The date offered was convenient and on the day we were contacted in advance by the engineer of his arrival time. The engineer explained the problem with our fridge and was able to carry out the repairs keeping us advised of the problem involved.

Brilliant service as always

Brilliant service as always! Engineer called to let me know he was on the way. Same friendly and polite engineer that I had previously for a breakdown service. Knew what the issue was straight away and repaired it without any bother. I couldn’t believe how quick he resolved the issue including tidying up behind himself. Again, brilliant service and highly recommend.
