The employee assigned to my job, Ben, was very informative friendly and well mannered man. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, how long it would take and how to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.

Unhelpful Customer Service

I called to schedule flea removal on a property. They said I must pay £120 for a survey, after which I could find out the prescribed treatment. No problem. I asked for a ballpark figure for treatment (I.e are we talking a c£200/£500/£1,000+) as I’ve never had this before. The agent on the phone refused to provide any guidance with very computer says no replies. I called for help & was made to feel as though they were waiting to rip me off after I’d been charged £120 for the privilege. I appreciate they need to do the job properly, and did not want corners cut, but to not even be able to discuss price and next steps until I’ve paid is totally unhelpful. Needless to say I sourced a local provider who could inspect, prescribe the treatment, and treat within one visit. I wouldn’t recommend this company because they behaved in a way that made me feel like a cashpoint.

Sam Sharman is polite, helpful and informative. He has been punctual and has informed us in advance if he is unable to arrive at the pre arranged time. It has been a pleasure to have him sorting out out moth problem.

GOOD TO KNOW BOTH RICHARD AND KIRSTY!!!

The experience was a useful and an insightful one because me and my Brother were kept informed at every stage of the experience as to the progress undertaken. I wanted to get assurances as to the completeness of the work carried out; both Richard and Kirsty kept us informed as to what work exactly they had done to remove the mice(one rat!) in addition to a large wasps nest(dead, with one queen wasp included!) Now, we are both satisfied that the likelihood of any unwanted rodents re-homing and/or re-forming will not recur! Pest Control team Richard and Kirsty were available to speak to over-the-phone and were on hand to answer any questions and/or concerns. Both were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and were the kind of officers I would recommend. Price of servicing a bit expensive. Cant fault the service given by Michael…

Cant fault the service given by Michael every time he has been in to service our building. Professional, helpful, friendly and above all super informative on everything he does. After an issue which resulted in several call outs he went above and beyond on putting together a powerpoint presentation for me which i could pass over to my housekeeping department that was far more informative than the information we had onsite, which was above and beyond the service expected. An asset to your team

Poor Service

We are currently experiencing problems with rats within our house both in the lofts and cavities. James Walker had been Rentokil's Technician for 3 of the 5 agreed visit. He was friendly, competent, efficient and kept me informed if he was going to be a few minutes late. James had a holiday booked for the 4th visit and informed me that another technician would be in contact with me regarding the next visit the next day (Friday or possibly Monday). During that time activity had taken place within the house. By Tuesday No contact had been made and flies began to appear in the kitchen with the doors shut and the windows closed, a sign that something had died. All this happened during a heatwave and whilst I am caring for my 94 yr old mother who has to use a commode! As No contact had been made, I contacted RTKL on Thursday. I was told someone would be out the same day, No one came or made any contact. On Friday I spoke to our development manager who contacted RTKL and was told they would contact me and so would the technician who would be visiting that day. Once again No contact or visit was made which makes you feel as a user of RTKL frustrated and disappointed in the lack service and communication. 10 days after his last visit and back from leave James had contacted me on Sunday regarding his next visit on Monday, which came as a great relief.
