Poor Service
We are currently experiencing problems with rats within our house both in the lofts and cavities. James Walker had been Rentokil's Technician for 3 of the 5 agreed visit. He was friendly, competent, efficient and kept me informed if he was going to be a few minutes late. James had a holiday booked for the 4th visit and informed me that another technician would be in contact with me regarding the next visit the next day (Friday or possibly Monday). During that time activity had taken place within the house. By Tuesday No contact had been made and flies began to appear in the kitchen with the doors shut and the windows closed, a sign that something had died. All this happened during a heatwave and whilst I am caring for my 94 yr old mother who has to use a commode! As No contact had been made, I contacted RTKL on Thursday. I was told someone would be out the same day, No one came or made any contact. On Friday I spoke to our development manager who contacted RTKL and was told they would contact me and so would the technician who would be visiting that day. Once again No contact or visit was made which makes you feel as a user of RTKL frustrated and disappointed in the lack service and communication. 10 days after his last visit and back from leave James had contacted me on Sunday regarding his next visit on Monday, which came as a great relief.
