GOOD TO KNOW BOTH RICHARD AND KIRSTY!!!
The experience was a useful and an insightful one because me and my Brother were kept informed at every stage of the experience as to the progress undertaken. I wanted to get assurances as to the completeness of the work carried out; both Richard and Kirsty kept us informed as to what work exactly they had done to remove the mice(one rat!) in addition to a large wasps nest(dead, with one queen wasp included!) Now, we are both satisfied that the likelihood of any unwanted rodents re-homing and/or re-forming will not recur! Pest Control team Richard and Kirsty were available to speak to over-the-phone and were on hand to answer any questions and/or concerns. Both were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and were the kind of officers I would recommend. Price of servicing a bit expensive.
