Staff who attended site were on it and got the job done effeciently
The employee assigned to my job, Ben, was very informative friendly and well mannered man. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, how long it would take and how to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.
I called to schedule flea removal on a property. They said I must pay £120 for a survey, after which I could find out the prescribed treatment. No problem. I asked for a ballpark figure for treatment (I.e are we talking a c£200/£500/£1,000+) as I’ve never had this before. The agent on the phone refused to provide any guidance with very computer says no replies. I called for help & was made to feel as though they were waiting to rip me off after I’d been charged £120 for the privilege. I appreciate they need to do the job properly, and did not want corners cut, but to not even be able to discuss price and next steps until I’ve paid is totally unhelpful. Needless to say I sourced a local provider who could inspect, prescribe the treatment, and treat within one visit. I wouldn’t recommend this company because they behaved in a way that made me feel like a cashpoint.

Overall service is good; however, the visits are typically never pre-arranged, therefore, the Pest Control Engineer simply turns up out of the blue which can lead to poor communication by myself and the engineer. I would like an advance notification specifying when the engineer is likely to be on site as this would enable any conversation regarding any particular issues that we may be aware of and make the engineers visit more productive. There have been some occasions where the engineer has been on site and has left without any discussion or providing verbal details regarding their findings of their visit, this may be regarded as a very ineffective way of dealing with issues. In this instance, engineers have got anyone to sign their visit and no feedback is provided there and then making information purely subject to interpretation of the digital report which is not best practice. However; all things considered, the service is good and apart from the comments above, no major issues.
We have been looked after by Rentokil for a few years now and wish to commend Liam Farey who has been looking after us. He is a true proffessional and has always been extremely helpful. A true asset to your company.
I want to say that Sam Cheffings is amazing. She always let's me know what is happening and let's me know what's needed at Royall London House . She is always at the end of a phone. Just brilliant.
Our regular pest control appointed person Clifton always goes above and beyond. He is very approachable when we have random questions regarding his role and he seems as he has vast knowledge and experience in what he does. He works with a smile on his face which shows he enjoys his job and makes him approachable.
Everything went downhill when transferred to our local branch. Our Account Manager was completely unresponsive - to the point where we had received our rentokil products (completely unexpectedly) and had zero communication regarding install. I had to chase a number of times to get a technician out to install the products. My only reason for giving any stars is because the lady at the call centre was fabulous in escalating my concerns and getting everything sorted.
Joshua very helpful and informative, as infestation is always a delicate subject his approach was professional and put my mind at ease, He went the extra mile to ensure that I was confident with his explanation and understood what counter measures were in place, any follow ups that were conducted by Joshua were handled very professionally and timely.
Brett was amazing, his work was through, he was polite and made sure all areas of our site were up to standard and well maintained. Its always nice to know we are supported by a good business to help upkeep the high standards we need to operate.
