The employee assigned to my job, Ben, was very informative friendly and well mannered man. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, how long it would take and how to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.
I called to schedule flea removal on a property. They said I must pay £120 for a survey, after which I could find out the prescribed treatment. No problem. I asked for a ballpark figure for treatment (I.e are we talking a c£200/£500/£1,000+) as I’ve never had this before. The agent on the phone refused to provide any guidance with very computer says no replies. I called for help & was made to feel as though they were waiting to rip me off after I’d been charged £120 for the privilege. I appreciate they need to do the job properly, and did not want corners cut, but to not even be able to discuss price and next steps until I’ve paid is totally unhelpful. Needless to say I sourced a local provider who could inspect, prescribe the treatment, and treat within one visit. I wouldn’t recommend this company because they behaved in a way that made me feel like a cashpoint.

Thank you may be two small words but their meaning is massive. I had a Rat infestation in my Bungalow. Having tried tried every bait imaginable and everything that Rats hate, that is a miss conception. RentoKil was called, Juan arrived to survey the problem he was so thorough. Then Graham arrived and he set traps, Ferrell rats are incredibly intelligent and she dodged all the traps in fact she covered two of them with matter! Graham persevered and eventually she met her demise. I can't thank Graham enough for his kindness and understanding. I am now looking forward to Ronan and his hygiene team to sort out my kitchen. A very friendly guy did our survey and we decided to go ahead with the treatment as we had an infestation of biscuit beetles in our home. Another man did the treatment every Wednesday for 5 weeks. This appears to have worked as we have not seen a beetle for a few weeks now. Fingers crossed.
5 treatments, yet the flea issue is still present. Had another company in. 1 treatment done and the problem is resolved. Uneducated on the cycle of a fleas life and even having provided evidence stated they could not find an issue. Whatever they put on my flooring has left huge yellow stains where they sprayed it. Although they were friendly enough.

The exhorbative price to deal with external entry points and sone were not even entry points . Jake the technician was very helpful and knowledgeable though
Mehmet was very respectful of my property and his customer service is second to none. Mehmet talked me through all that would need to be done once I explained my situation and problem. As he was working he explained what he was doing and why also what I could expect in the upcoming weeks. Overall I am very happy with the service at Mehmet and Rentokil provided and I would recommend the to anyone.
Lee is fantastic - always keeps us well informed with arising issues and is happy to support with liasing with our maintenance team to ensure remedial work is completed to the required standard. Really friendly with all the team and happy to work round us when we're busy.
