Overall service is good; however, the visits are typically never pre-arranged, therefore, the Pest Control Engineer simply turns up out of the blue which can lead to poor communication by myself and the engineer. I would like an advance notification specifying when the engineer is likely to be on site as this would enable any conversation regarding any particular issues that we may be aware of and make the engineers visit more productive. There have been some occasions where the engineer has been on site and has left without any discussion or providing verbal details regarding their findings of their visit, this may be regarded as a very ineffective way of dealing with issues. In this instance, engineers have got anyone to sign their visit and no feedback is provided there and then making information purely subject to interpretation of the digital report which is not best practice. However; all things considered, the service is good and apart from the comments above, no major issues.
