Staff who attended site were on it and got the job done effeciently
The employee assigned to my job, Ben, was very informative friendly and well mannered man. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, how long it would take and how to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.
I called to schedule flea removal on a property. They said I must pay Β£120 for a survey, after which I could find out the prescribed treatment. No problem. I asked for a ballpark figure for treatment (I.e are we talking a cΒ£200/Β£500/Β£1,000+) as Iβve never had this before. The agent on the phone refused to provide any guidance with very computer says no replies. I called for help & was made to feel as though they were waiting to rip me off after Iβd been charged Β£120 for the privilege. I appreciate they need to do the job properly, and did not want corners cut, but to not even be able to discuss price and next steps until Iβve paid is totally unhelpful. Needless to say I sourced a local provider who could inspect, prescribe the treatment, and treat within one visit. I wouldnβt recommend this company because they behaved in a way that made me feel like a cashpoint.

We called Rentokil to deal with bed bugs. After the initial survey that was very comprehensive it was suggested that 4 subsequent visits would take place to lay traps and dust an area inside a wardrobe. Gareth the technician came a couple of weeks later and laid down 8 traps in the downstairs bedroom and 8 traps in the spare bedroom. He made 3 more visits to check the traps and for any signs of bed bugs in the wardrobe Gareth arrived promptly on each occasion and was extremely helpful in explaining the process and giving advice. He was extremely professional with a relaxed and cheerful disposition. A credit to Rentokil.

Harry provided an excellent service in destroying the wasp nest in the roof of our house. He was most attentive and thorough. He had to return for a second time as the wasps proved persistent and determined to stay. They have now gone.

clifton came out to do the sight checks and replace any traps that were needed,he has been out a few times now and is always professional and polite.

Disgusted - took Β£120 before they even set foot in the property apparently for a survey! Did the survey, not that we got a copy, then quoted Β£1800 for the service! Shopped around and got the issue resolved satisfactorily with a smaller local company for Β£200 for everything! Absolute disgrace taking advantage of an 88 year old pensioner!
