Staff who attended site were on it and got the job done effeciently
The employee assigned to my job, Ben, was very informative friendly and well mannered man. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, how long it would take and how to help prevent the same issue from happening again in the future.
I called to schedule flea removal on a property. They said I must pay £120 for a survey, after which I could find out the prescribed treatment. No problem. I asked for a ballpark figure for treatment (I.e are we talking a c£200/£500/£1,000+) as I’ve never had this before. The agent on the phone refused to provide any guidance with very computer says no replies. I called for help & was made to feel as though they were waiting to rip me off after I’d been charged £120 for the privilege. I appreciate they need to do the job properly, and did not want corners cut, but to not even be able to discuss price and next steps until I’ve paid is totally unhelpful. Needless to say I sourced a local provider who could inspect, prescribe the treatment, and treat within one visit. I wouldn’t recommend this company because they behaved in a way that made me feel like a cashpoint.

Great service, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Arrived at time given (no waiting in all day or having to chase them as not turned up). knew exactly what was required to fix my rat problem and dealt with it promptly. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that conducts themselves in this way, as all to often most don’t! Well done Rentokil for resolving such a horrible problem easily - thank you

I have been a chef for 26 years, obviously been using pest control the whole time. I must say the past few times we’ve been visited Andy has been fantastic. Goes above and beyond to ensure our premises is pest free. Not only is he excellent at his job his customer service is second to none and he is always polite and friendly.

A reactive job was raised to pick up a mouse that was in a trap/under skirting boards in the kitchen at 18:27, this job was logged with the helpdesk, however we still had to wait until 11:15 the next day for attendance. Upon calling for an update the phone was hung up, i then called a second time, was told I would get a call back with an update, that didn't happen. Id like to note standard service from Rentokil is good, however the way this issue was handled wasnt.
