❌ Avoid Remove My Car – Absolute Shambles 🚗💥 Honestly, steer well clear of Remove My Car. I handed over my car expecting a hassle-free service, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. 🔹 No proper paperwork or confirmation. 🔹 They didn’t inform the DVLA like they said they would. 🔹 Left me to deal with all the admin myself – risking fines and penalties. 🔹 Had to sort everything on my own just to stay on the right side of the law. What’s meant to be a simple collection turned into a right mess. No communication, no accountability. If you value your time and don’t want the stress, go elsewhere. This lot are not serious. #RemoveMyCar #CarScrapFail #DVLA #LondonDrivers #BadService #RealReview

My old car was removed without me having to take a day off work(as it was a day in the week). After following the email instructions, the job was done, swift & quick & I received the full amount that was quoted.

Excellent service

Good offer for my car. Collected within 24 hours by a really helpful driver, who also advised me how to change the ownership online - much quicker and easier. Payment by BACs within a few hours of collection. Cannot fault this service provided by D & C Metals, Plymouth.

Where to start...🤔☹️

Where to start.... From non collection to being abused by the collection driver... Had the time changed on me the day before collection which I tried to work around and accommodate only for the driver to turn up early complain the van and myself wasn't at the address which I explained the night before that it was at the garage where I'd left it due to failed mot hence scrapping the van... And I'd be collecting and moving to my address this morning... Driver failed to understand I can't be in 2 places at once... Basically ended in driver storming off in a huff then ringing me to abuse me.... Avoid very uncalled for and unprofessional behaviour... Spoke to both srs salvage and remove my car neither interested

I’ve sold 100s of cars to these guys over the years, NEVER had a single problem, they have a lot of drivers working for them collecting the cars, all decent lads, very polite very professional sound as a pound. Payment has always go in the bank when they said it will. Thanks 🙏

Exceptional service!!

From my first communication to my car being picked up, Remove my Car we're totally professional. I had a quote, agreed it, received payment in a very timely manner. A date & time was agreed. Two days later, after agreeing the time he would arrive,the young man came and loaded the car onto his truck to dispose of it at an approved crushing site. Excellent 5* review
