I handed over my car expecting a hassle-free service, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. ๐Ÿ”น No proper paperwork or confirmation. ๐Ÿ”น They didnโ€™t inform the DVLA like they said they would. ๐Ÿ”น Left me to deal with all the admin myself โ€“ risking fines and penalties. ๐Ÿ”น Had to sort everything on my own just to stay on the right side of the law. Whatโ€™s meant to be a simple collection turned into a right mess. No communication, no accountability. If you value your time and donโ€™t want the stress, go elsewhere. My old car was removed without me having to take a day off work(as it was a day in the week). After following the email instructions, the job was done, swift & quick & I received the full amount that was quoted.

Easy to organise and good service. Only reason for 4 stars is they couldnโ€™t collect for a couple weeks - otherwise good, simple and easy. Definitely recommend.

Used your free site for a valuation on my vehicle.....I did not accept the offer and was then sent a text message saying my car would be collected today......I then spoke to mitch who was very rude and aggressive to explain this.....Marco then messaged me saying we had agreed via whatsapp we hadn't agreed anything......then I get another phone off mitch to say I'm a cun..t disgusting un professional service from lieing when a deal wasnt agreed to then verbally abused
