❌ Avoid Remove My Car – Absolute Shambles 🚗💥 Honestly, steer well clear of Remove My Car. I handed over my car expecting a hassle-free service, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. 🔹 No proper paperwork or confirmation. 🔹 They didn’t inform the DVLA like they said they would. 🔹 Left me to deal with all the admin myself – risking fines and penalties. 🔹 Had to sort everything on my own just to stay on the right side of the law. What’s meant to be a simple collection turned into a right mess. No communication, no accountability. If you value your time and don’t want the stress, go elsewhere. This lot are not serious. #RemoveMyCar #CarScrapFail #DVLA #LondonDrivers #BadService #RealReview

My old car was removed without me having to take a day off work(as it was a day in the week). After following the email instructions, the job was done, swift & quick & I received the full amount that was quoted.

Great service

It was a slightly complicated situation, as I was acting for car owner and car was needing pick-up at a garage. The support to achieve this required a couple of phone calls to RemoveMyCar - answered quickly and effectively. Also compared scrap deal with other provider - it was more complicated and they offered a lesser value for the car.

Shocking service

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Filled out online form to get mother in laws old car lifted. Took a week for a response but was told their agent for fife MLB AUTOSPARES LTD would be phoning the next morning to arrange collection. Friday came and went with no call. Phoned them on Monday and the collection driver phoned me back and arranged collection for Wednesday morning between 10 and 12. Tried to phone to give him directions about where to park but his phone was off all day. Gave it to end of business on Thursday to give him a chance to phone back. Nope! Went online to another company, car lifted on Saturday and money in my account on Monday. Thought that was it all done until about 15 mins ago when he phoned about lifting the car. Started to explain it was gone and why and he started shouting abuse at me and swearing on the phone before hanging up. Will definitely not recommend Removemycar or MLB Autospares to anyone.
