❌ Avoid Remove My Car – Absolute Shambles 🚗💥 Honestly, steer well clear of Remove My Car. I handed over my car expecting a hassle-free service, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. 🔹 No proper paperwork or confirmation. 🔹 They didn’t inform the DVLA like they said they would. 🔹 Left me to deal with all the admin myself – risking fines and penalties. 🔹 Had to sort everything on my own just to stay on the right side of the law. What’s meant to be a simple collection turned into a right mess. No communication, no accountability. If you value your time and don’t want the stress, go elsewhere. This lot are not serious. #RemoveMyCar #CarScrapFail #DVLA #LondonDrivers #BadService #RealReview

Car removal

My old car was removed without me having to take a day off work(as it was a day in the week). After following the email instructions, the job was done, swift & quick & I received the full amount that was quoted.

Easy to organise and good service. Only reason for 4 stars is they couldn’t collect for a couple weeks - otherwise good, simple and easy. Definitely recommend.

To be honest they did exactly what they said was on time very friendly pick up guy and payment extremely fast within 5 minutes of him putting my car on trailer and receptionist on the phone was very polite and very good at her job kept me in the loop 100 % will use these again

Absolutely fantastic company top notch…

Absolutely fantastic company top notch service. Arranged a date/time to suit me for collection , called half hour before to confirm how far away they were. Lovely gentleman picked up the car in the horrid rainy weather stood outside with me waiting for the DVLA confirmation to be received and made sure payment was in my bank before he left with my car. Was the highest quote I had received after checking more than several other scrap car competitors. 10 out of 10 would recommend to everybody. Thanks again guys

Disposal of vehicle

Excellent, efficient service. Made an acceptable offer for the vehicle. Kept me informed throughout and the recovery/collection driver was professional and polite throughout. Settlement was made immediately. Would definately recommend.
