I handed over my car expecting a hassle-free service, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. πŸ”Ή No proper paperwork or confirmation. πŸ”Ή They didn’t inform the DVLA like they said they would. πŸ”Ή Left me to deal with all the admin myself – risking fines and penalties. πŸ”Ή Had to sort everything on my own just to stay on the right side of the law. What’s meant to be a simple collection turned into a right mess. No communication, no accountability. If you value your time and don’t want the stress, go elsewhere. My old car was removed without me having to take a day off work(as it was a day in the week). After following the email instructions, the job was done, swift & quick & I received the full amount that was quoted.

Simple safe process

Nice and easy. Fill in the online paperwork and accept the price offered. You'll then get a call from the collection company to arrange the collection of your car. Money was in the account within a couple of hours.

Disappointed...

Took 5 days after original date to be collected without a simple phone call to let me know you're not coming so wasted a lot of time messing about. Should have read the reviews before using this service. Still waiting to be paid, after reading the reviews highly doubt I'll be paid what stated online. Sad really when just a few things could make the whole service better.

bad experience

Agreed to collect my van from the garage it was at. Originally contracted to get Redcorn ltd to pick up 30th January. After 5 days in a row of saying it was being collected, it wasn't and the garage had to tow it to another scrapper out of their own pocket, receiving Β£0 payout after we were quoted Β£300 by removemycar, who failed to do their job
