Great prices and an easy to use web site. It was a little difficult trying to find roughly when my order would be delivered, several email exchanges after 3 days made it a little difficult.

I ordered a sprinkler. The item was offered at competitive price but a part was missing. Customer service was very responsive to arrange item collection and delivery of replacement unit at no additional cost. I would have given 5 stars if the original item is good without missing part.

I have been ordering from Rapid for over 10 years at least by now. I have never had a single issue. They have always been quick with regards to dispatch times (items marked as extended range or on back order obviously will take a little longer to dispatch). I have always received the correct parts, with right quantity being delivered. I have not noticed any faulty parts in all this time (which I think is actually impressive)

Easy to search website for parts, repeated delivery on time with emails regarding status of delivery. Prices are very competitive.
