WORST EVER - AVOID!!
If I could give zero stars I would - literally the worst property management company I have ever experienced. They do not bother to reply to emails, are wholly incompetent
Quadrant Property Management has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional.

Quadrant managed our block by doing as little as possible and collecting a fee. Hand over to a new agent was beyond poor. Quadrant managers refuse to engage, failed to provide hand over information and stole funds from the Service charge fund by continuing not to settle their direct costs, despite promising o do so. Do not touch this agency and do not believe anything they say if they owe you money. Go straight to the debt collector route or winding up order in order to get any traction. .
This company has been managing our building without a proper contract, taking nearly 40% in commission in insurance commissions without the buildings knowledge. The company further charges for services that it does not perform I.e pest control, general maintenance, etc and does not provide evidence of works. The company is not transparent, overcharges, the building is neglected and the company is Fraudulent in its dealings. Stay clear of them.
Donβt even consider doing business with Quadrant. They are awful. We left a year ago. Even getting rid of them was a nightmare.

The most unprofessional outfit EVER. Neither Vicky Clark, associate director nor the accounts team have been anything but negligent and never reply to emails or calls. Invoices are outstanding, accounts never filed and we do not even have access to our financials. A disgrace. They should be struck off the register - Please DO NOT consider hiring them.

My general experience (4 years) with QPM was no good but these last months Ms Fay Brown zealously took charge of the problem in my property until solved. She is actually very present and collaborative. I hope her professional approach will nudge all the team to give a better service in future.

Dreadful. My tenant is freezing because they haven't turned the heating on, half the management team have been fired or left, and it's impossible to contact anyone.

If it were possible, I would give fewer stars than zero. The development that I live in is βmanagedβ by this shower. QPM used to be the exception to the rule that many managing agents are just not very good. The two principal property manager Barnett-Salter & Dhillon are utterly hopeless. Avoid at all costs

I never leave reviews but I decided to do it for these guys. They are the worst block managment company I have come across. Emails go unaswered for months, property gets damaged due to their negligent actions and all they care about is collecting their fees. We are due to fire them from managing our block and I cannot wait. Please read the reviews allover the internet about them before considering to do business with them.

Awful non responsive team. Pam Dhillon and Teresa the receptionist. Teresea has VERY poor english and put the phone down on me four times. I see she has done that to other people as well. We used to employ them as a building and fired them. Stay away from them.

Simply appalling. Staff whose English is POOR and threatens to put the phone down because he/she does not understand so he/she claimed I was shouting. How bad can it get ..... There used to be a time when customers were respected .... obviously not any more!

Horrific experience with Quadrant. They charge 10% on all works carried out in the building on top of a management fee. Instead of going to the FTT to determine payability of a service charge dispute, they go to the bankruptcy court, against a Leaseholder who is paying their bills. Terrible business practices perspective. They are applying 1994 charging structures which are out of date and possibly illegal now.
