Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

hi We had the R8 code come on our son's…

hi We had the R8 code come on our son's scooter after only he fist used it, we were told by Pure to unbolt the handle bar disconnect the red and green wires and see if this fixed the issue, the R8 code then went off. my son left the scooter for a week in the spare room when he turned it on again the R8 code came back on this time i asked for Pure to carry out the warranty work as I or my son are not a mechanic's or eclectic scooter engineers, they then sent me an email saying we had taken the handle bars off and undone the connecting wires there for we had invalidated the warranty and it was going to cost £109 to carry out the repair, I then asked them how they can tell me to carry out the repair myself then try and charge me for doing so? i sent all the corresponding email chain to help at pure electric and after a couple of more email they apologised and said they were carry out the repair. we paid £599 for the scooter as were told it's one of the best on the market complete waste of money it does hold a charge is very slow if i was looking again i would keep well away.

Pure Air 3 e scooters…

Purchased two Pure Air 3 e scooters after doing a search for best e scooter. The Pure Air 3 is a brilliant bit of kit. Good quality build with ideal safety features. Folds down so I can easily get them in the caravan to take away with us when going to France. It's a pity the UK government is taking so long to make them legal on public roads etc.

Best Birthday present ever

Firstly I would like to thank everyone at pure for making my 70th Birthday my best yet. I Received my Pure Advance plus's two weeks before my birthday in March this scooter is awesome the design and build quality are second to none in my opinion, with all its safety features and how well it folds up if you are struggling for room to store a scooter. Where most scooters are to large and inconvenient this you can keep in a narrow passage way or the boot of your car without taking up much space as having to put it in the garage or shed would not very likely be as convenient. The staff at pure have answered all my questions that I have had over the time since I first ordered it back on 6th of October and managed to deliver it on their expected delivery time in fact mine came a few days before. All I have had from the public is positive response not one negative when they have seen it in real life. I am sure if the minister for transport took one for a demonstration they would be impressed.
