Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Had a fault develope with the scooter after about six months and they picked it up and fixed it within about 12 days at no cost. Brill after sales service. 👍🏻

Brought an electric scooter for my…

Brought an electric scooter for my daughter last October. Around April time had some issues with the screen on the handle bars and the scooter running. Emailed the team for help and an amazing chap named Edward couldn’t have been more helpful in getting the scooter repaired promptly. Every email was answered to multiple times in the same day, great customer service.

Pure Electric….. Unstoppable

My model was recalled for a safety check. As the scooter was purchased solely for use on my narrowboat and I am out cruising it was quite difficult to comply with the return or book in with a service depot. The staff at PE worked with me to find an alternative solution for which I was grateful for and I am happy and satisfied with my very excellent purchase.

Brilliant Service

Brilliant Service Had a fault with my bike and they sent out a box free of charge and fixed the fault also free of charge as all electrics are under a 2 year warranty.

How easy everything was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ however me and my work mate who ride the same distance everyday together bought the scooters at the same time only difference being his the pureair3 and mine the pureair3pro the difference being £50 and mine supposed to have more range however have not seen a difference at all in the range difference if anything mine seems to have less of a range then his even though we take the same route and the same time and the same distance and are both at similar weights

Horrible company.

Horrible company. Will not suggest to any of my friends or any one!! Due to failing fix my scooter even I had guarantee ,and all because I had only solid tyres on as their Tyres ar horrible and blows up within 3weeks as their Scooter's stand in warehouse for years and that's ruined tubes!!
