Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Excellent customer service by Edward…

Excellent customer service by Edward ...we were kept up to date with a warranty/damage claim all done via email efficiently. Can't fault the customer service,our scooter was swiftly collected and returned. The scooter its self is great, we researched all scooters before we purchased and decided on Pure based on what we wanted from a scooter and we have not been disappointed at all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've had my pure air pro gen 1 for over…

I've had my pure air pro gen 1 for over 2 years now and it's clocked nearly 2000 miles. Consequently the front tyre is nearly bald, but thankfully the part was readily available from the pure website. A simple ordering process and a reasonable price 😀

Very impressed so far

Very impressed so far only had it a month but it’s so much better than my previous scooter which was a Carerra impel is-1. It’s great on hills and is so smooth. My only gripe was the advice to fully charge it before 1st use but on the box it says to fully discharge the battery before charging up again.
